Frank Watts Memorial Award Winner
The Frank Watts Memorial Award is given in memory of Frank Watts. Frank was a Charter Director, Recording Secretary for 30 years, Hall of Fame inductee in 1980 as a contributor, a Bob Box Directors Award winner in 2007 and the sports Editor for the Leader.
The Frank Watts Memorial Award is presented to a person in recognition of long time support of sports in the Corning-Painted Post area.

- Managed: East Boys Basketball from 1988-95, WHS Boys Lacrosse 1995-present, District Girls Soccer team 1994- present
- Attends all practices and games for teams he manages
